Definitions

Viewer Hours

The sum of all hours watched using the Maestro Player (live or on-demand). E.g: If User A watches live for 30 minutes + User B watches a VOD for 30 minutes, that is 1 Viewer Hour.

Broadcast Hours

The amount of time spent streaming through to the Maestro Player. E.g. If an event is streamed from 7pm - 9pm, that is 2 Broadcast Hours.

Customer Success Manager

Not available for Plus & Pro

Customer Success Managers are available via email and scheduled calls, providing priority support instead of going through the Help Center ticket system. Customer Success Managers are available during business hours. This option does not include event support.

Event Support

Event Support ensures that a member of the Maestro team will be available during your event to help you in the case that any technical issues occur. Event Support must be booked one week in advance of the event to ensure staff availability.

Viewer Support

Maestro will handle viewer inquiries as they relate to your ticketing and subscriptions. We will assist in account troubleshooting, event access, refunds and subscription cancellations in accordance with your chosen policy. Viewer Support hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST. If your event falls outside of these hours, contact us via the Maestro Help Center and we will work with you to accommodate support.

Watch Together

Watch Together allows viewers to create private video chat rooms of up to 6 participants right alongside the stream. Once inside, they can invite friends to their unique room using a simple invite code or link - enabling everyone inside to watch the event and communicate with each other at the same time. Pricing is variable based on total viewer hours used by this feature.
